Inceptor Slate Low Glare 30W 4000K Cool White Back Lit LED Panel, 600mm x 600mm (OV751301CWB)

This Cool White LED Panel is IP20 rated, Non-Dimmable and has a Low Glare UGR (Unified Glare Rating) diffuser.Providing a very healthy 3150 Lumens, it has an LED lifetime of upto 50,000 Hours. It is covered by a 5 Year Warranty and has the distinct advantage of being TP(a) rated.

The Building Regulations Approved Document B2 (buildings other than dwellings) places strict restrictions on the use of certain thermoplastic materials when they are used as lighting diffusers and form part of a ceiling. TP(a) rated materials may be used almost without restriction, but restrictions exist on the use of TP(b) rated materials.

With these regulations in mind, all of our Inceptor Slate Ceiling Panels are TP(a) rated as standard. This relates to lighting diffusers which in this case is the LED panel/diffuser, and their ability to restrict the spread of fire.It is recommended that what are classified as Emergency Escape Routes within a building, utilising TP(a) rated LED panels is a definite Pre-requisite. 

Although not a guarantee of obtaining a UGR<19 rating upon installation, because that will depend on a number of factors, this is a UGR<19 product. 

UGR<19 products assist you in providing a lower glare installation, which is particularly welcome in any room, classroom or office.
